Form MV-901A: The “Notice of Lien and Sale” document is used to inform a vehicle owner about the intent to sell a vehicle. This action is taken in order to recuperate expenses incurred from repairs, towing, or storage.

Form MV-901B: The “Garageperson’s Affirmation and Bill of Sale” is a sworn statement that a sale was conducted to recover payment for unpaid repairs, towing, or storage charges.

Form MV-901C: The “Instructions and Requirements for Filing New York State Garageperson’s Liens” is an informational document about the forms and procedures used during the lien filing process.
